Major Damage! Actor Jonathan Majors has been Arrested!

So, I woke up this Sunday morning to hear about some unfortunate news and as always, bad news travels fast as social media has been bombarded with news that Creed III and Ant Man Quantumania actor Johnathon Majors has been arrested and charged with Domestic violence for harassing and allegedly "strangling" a 30-year-old woman who is reported as his live-in girlfriend. Police responded at around Saturday 11am to a 911 call inside an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood in Manhattan.

“The victim informed police she was assaulted,” a NYPD spokesperson said.“The officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”

If these accusations are 💯 accurate, then Mr. Majors can kiss his career goodbye. Again, this is very unfortunate news for several reasons, one that his Marvel based character Kang, was being used as a tentpole for Marvel/Disney's Phase Five major villain. This alleged incident is obviously being compared to Flash actor Ezra Miller who had his own share of violence against women just as his career was to take off in his solo outing as DC's speedster Superhero. Well, I give Ezra props for sending the KKK a threatening letter at least.

 I can't say how much of an effect this will have on Marvel Studios let alone Majors' career but unless there's some serious damage control, it's not a good look especially when you look at who he's dating.  Sure, Robert Downey Jr made a spectacular comeback thanks to Iron Man, and Johnny Depp fought against assault charges from ex Amber Heard, but they are White whereas Majors is black, thus making him an easier target and a proxy for attacking the Black Masculinity as "toxic ". On the flip side, who knows if this was a setup, as the argument began with Majors texting another Woman, and there on ensues jealousy.

Lets keep it real 100, Hollywood is  unforgiving when it comes to Black male actors who fuck up or was wrongly accused of something. Just look at what happened to the careers of Isaiah Washington, Nate Parker, and recently Will Smith who, like Majors, did not think it out, in the heat of anger. No Woman, nor anyone is worth throwing your career away, financially hurting you, and studios who invested in your talent.

Right now, this is giving White Supremacist geeks, a come up especially since hey had a problem  with a B-list marvel character, being portrayed by a Black actor in the first place. Yet, those retards turned a blind eye to former President Donald Trump's alleged sexual assaults on Women, not only did he become President of the United States, but he's running in 2024. That's if he isn't indicted, which I won't hold my breath on that one.

Then, there are certain Neo Feminists who have had a role in demonizing Black men, via  unfounded accusations or false allegations, which has been used as a "Boogeyman " proxy for those who love to see a successful Black actor fall, especially when he does not play along the Hollywood game i.e., "effeminate photo shoots"...oh, wait...!!

Majors' representative denied any wrongdoing by the actor by responding in an email that “He has done nothing wrong,”  “We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”

It is unclear that whether Majors or his girlfriend had escalated the situation however, Majors if guilty, should have easily averted any acts of violence toward a woman regardless of the "heat of the moment." Personally, I hope these accusations are proven false but regardless, Jonathan Majors may never be the same thanks in part to those who have let’s just say, “ulterior motives!” Majors was inspired to be an actor after watching 2008's The Dark Knight.
